Key findings include:

  • While 59% of respondents are part of the president’s executive cabinet, only 53% feel their insights are strongly leveraged in strategic planning.
  • 60% of CTOs say outdated infrastructure is hampering their ability to modernize campus technology.
  • Only 11% of institutions report having a comprehensive AI strategy, and fewer than half offer students access to GenAI tools.
